If you want to start boxing, you may be wondering where to start your training. Boxing is the ultimate workout as it covers everything - strength training, agility, aerobic capacity, anaerobic capacity, speed, and of course power. The focus of this class is proper execution of technique, balance and how to maximize the effectiveness of striking. This class provides the foundation for students’ ultimate progression. Gloves and Wraps are Required for Class available for $50 at the gym.
