Group Exercise

 

Exercise in a group! Rather than jump on a machine or go for a run, gather some friends and get your workout by moving to the beat of your favorite songs.

 Trained instructors lead the workout through a variety of movement combinations that exercises your muscles while you have fun at the same time.

Whether it be kickboxing - yoga – Road Racers or Zumba, choose something you like and join the group!
