Blueberry, Banana Oatmeal Protein Muffins

3 very ripe bananas

1 cup vanilla almond milk 

2 eggs or 6 tbsp egg whites)

2 cups quick oats

1 Tbsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

dash of salt and cinnamon

 If you want it a bit sweeter add a dash of sugar

Add blueberries (or any fruit!) 

1 scoop of Protein Powder


Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until the bananas aren’t lumpy.  

Add fruit and fold in.

Scoop batter into a cupcake tray.

Bake 350° for 35 min or till inserted toothpick comes out clean
