This class is comprised of interval training utilizing treadmill cardio rounds along with resistance training to build muscle and keep burning long after the workout is over. Your treadmill intervals will be laid out for you each class and may include sprints, hills or both! You will never be bored in this fast paced, ever changing class and your body will thank you. 30 Minute Class
